2026 sponsors
We want to thank our fabulous sponsors for helping make this event possible!
faking sanity
- event sponsor
Cindy and Lou organize the Peace Fibre Fest every year and are your Event Sponsors. They are providing volunteers and 3 vendor bursaries. You’ll find all manner of yarn, fibre and tools associated with your favourite fibre crafts at their Faking Sanity booth. Come say hi!
Atelier Nekozuki - fibre addict sponsor
Katie is our Fibre Addict Sponsor this year, and as such is sponsoring one of our classes.
Katie is a fabulous bag maker, and you’ll love her eye for detail, and all the adorable Japanese fabrics she sources herself in Japan. Check out her booth for fabulous project bags, handbags, slings, and more.
that yarn habit - fibre lover sponsor
Tara is our Fibre Lover Sponsor, and is sponsoring a vendor booth this year. That Yarn Habit is an indie-dyed yarn brand rooted in colour, emotion, and the joy of making. Each colourway is thoughtfully hand-dyed in small batches, inspired by stories, moments, and the little things that make us fall in love with yarn again and again. From soft neutrals to bold, expressive hues, That Yarn Habit offers high-quality bases perfect for knitters and crocheters who love yarn with heart, personality, and a touch of obsession.
findlay family makes - fibre enthusiast sponsor
Alliston and her family are your Fibre Enthusiast Sponsors this year. They are sponsoring a new vendor table.
Findlay Family Makes has beautifully crafted artful wooden buttons, Blossom weaving heddles, handspun yarns, colourful carded batts and thoughtfully written books co-created by Noreen Crone-Findlay, Alliston Findlay, Angus Findlay and Chloe Findlay-Harder in Edmonton, AB.
Northern BC and Alberta have thriving fibre arts communities, but there has been no central place for us all to get together and share our craft. A Fibre Fest is just such a place. We're gathering together a group of awesome indie dyers, handspinners, weavers, local yarn shops, pattern designers, and makers of various goods related to our crafts, such as yarn bowls, stitch markers and project bags, all in one fun, easily accessible event, and we would love for you to join us. We'll also have a few workshops and demos, as well as door prizes, of course, over the course of this one day event!
